Continuing their collaborative Chef’s Table Dinners, The Bear and Star welcomes Chef Suzanne Tracht of Jar. In 2001, Chef Tracht opened her modern chophouse, Jar, with her longtime chef de cuisine Preech Narkthong. The following year she was named one of Food and Wine magazine’s Best New Chefs. Since then she has been honored with additional prestigious awards, has made numerous national appearances on the Today Show, Food Network and Extra and is involved in a variety of philanthropic endeavors.
